    8 . Will I get refund if Dubai visa is rejected?

    In general, travelers can not get a refund after your Dubai visa is rejected. If you are applying and want to cancel your application, please contact us right away to get the service refund. There are 2 types of fees that you must pay, one is government fee and one is service fees. For more specific, travelers can check the visa fees before applying for an e-visa.  In case your visa hasn't been processed yet. Travelers can contact us by completing the contact form or call us at +1 917 397 7487 to cancel your application as soon as possible. It is highly recommended to cancel your e-visa application within 4 hours counting from the moment you submit the form. However, only the service fee will be refunded to you, the government fee is paid to the UAE government so this fee can not be refunded.  The refund will be determined based on the cancellation policy described above, and the money will be returned accordingly to the individual who made the initial payment to our company. It's important to note that the refund process may take 2 to 4 weeks due to standard banking procedures. If the refund is credited to a credit card account or a bank account, any associated bank charges will be subtracted from the refund amount.
