The number of entries can be changed depending on which type of e-visa that you apply for. UAE Immigration Services help travelers to go through the e-visa application process easily with 2 main type of visa:

Tourist e-visa: This visa is valid for 2 months from the date of issue which travelers can use for tourism purposes such as sightseeing, family visit or similar activities. Tourist e-visa can allow travelers to stay up to 30, 60, and 90 days with a single entry.
Transit e-visa: This type of travel is travelers can leave the airport and experience UAE travel before your next flight. This visa is valid for 2 months from the date of issue which allows travelers to 48 or 96 hours depending on which type you choose.

With some basic document requirements, travelers can easily apply for an e-visa and obtain it within 03 business days. All you have to do is prepare a valid passport that has 6 month validity and a digital photo of yourself in the last 6 months.
