Universal Terms of Service

TRAVELNER TRAVEL AGENCY L.L.C

DET Commercial Licence No. 1070023, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Website: www.uaeimmigration.org

Last updated: 28 October 2026

1. Overview

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") apply between TRAVELNER TRAVEL AGENCY L.L.C ("Travelner", "we", "us" or "our"), a limited liability company licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and any person who uses our website www.uaeimmigration.org (the "Website") or books or buys our travel products and services ("you"). The Agreement applies from your first use of the Website or your acceptance of it, and supplements any booking confirmation or programme terms we give you. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Changes take effect when they are posted on the Website, and if you keep using the Website or our services after that, you accept the updated Agreement.

2. About us and our services

Travelner is a private company. It is not a government body and is not connected with any government authority or official portal. Travelner is licensed in Dubai to carry out two activities: In Bound Tour Operator (Activity Code 7912004) and Travel Agency (Activity Code 7911004), both under DET Commercial Licence No. 1070023.

Our services are travel products for visitors to Dubai, in particular:

  • Dubai tour packages and sightseeing programmes; and
  • Accommodation, transfers and other travel arrangements.

We do not offer government documents or government services as a product of our own.

3. Eligibility and authority

You must be 18 or older, or otherwise legally able to enter into a binding contract. If you accept this Agreement for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to do so. If you book for other travellers, you confirm that you are authorised to accept this Agreement on their behalf, and you are responsible for passing these terms on to them.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only when we send you a written booking confirmation. To make and operate a booking, we need accurate details for each traveller, including full names as shown in the passport, passport or ID details, contact details and travel dates. You are responsible for checking the confirmation as soon as you receive it and telling us immediately of any mistake. We are not responsible for problems caused by incorrect or incomplete information that you give us.

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Website or in your booking confirmation, are quoted and charged in US dollars (USD) unless we state otherwise, and include applicable taxes unless we state otherwise. We accept payment by credit or debit card and by bank transfer. Payment is due in full when you book, unless we agree a different payment schedule in writing. Prices and packages may change from time to time; the price in your booking confirmation applies to that booking. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own fees or currency conversion rates. If we cannot receive full payment, we may suspend or cancel the booking. Refunds, where due, are paid in US dollars to the original payment method. We will never ask you to change the bank account details shown on our invoice by email or message; please contact us by phone if you receive such a request.

6. Changes and cancellations by you

You may cancel or change a booking by contacting us in writing. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the start of the service, we will refund the amount paid, less any amount that we have already paid or committed to suppliers and cannot recover. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start, and no-shows or late arrivals at the meeting point, are not refundable. Packages that include accommodation or services with their own supplier conditions are subject to those conditions, which we will tell you about before you pay or in your booking confirmation.

7. Changes and cancellations by us

Itineraries, timings and routes may change or be replaced with a similar alternative because of weather, seasonal or road conditions, safety, supplier availability, government instructions, or other reasons outside our reasonable control. We will tell you as soon as we reasonably can. If we have to cancel a service or if we cannot provide a reasonable alternative, we will offer you a new date or a refund of the amount paid for the cancelled service. We are not responsible for delays, shortened services or changes caused by weather, mechanical failure or other events outside our reasonable control, but we will make reasonable efforts to arrange an alternative. Pick-up and drop-off times given in advance are estimates.

8. Your responsibilities and conduct

You must follow all applicable laws and the instructions of our staff, guides and suppliers. Some activities have inherent risks, and some have age, health or fitness limits. You must tell us before booking about any medical condition, pregnancy, disability or dietary need that may affect your participation, and you take part at your own risk. We or our suppliers may refuse or remove a person whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive or unlawful, without refund. You must not:

  • collect other people's personal information without their written permission;
  • use the Website or our services for any unlawful activity, spam, hacking, or infringement of intellectual property rights; or
  • copy, change, resell or commercially provide our services or the content of the Website without our written permission.

9. Travel documents and insurance

Each traveller is responsible for holding a valid passport and for meeting all entry and travel requirements of the countries they travel from, through and to. We strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance that covers cancellation, medical costs and personal belongings. We are not responsible for loss caused by a traveller's failure to meet entry or travel requirements.

10. Third-party suppliers

Parts of our services are provided by independent suppliers, such as hotels, transport providers and tour guides. Their own conditions apply to the services they provide. We choose our suppliers with reasonable care.

11. Links to other websites

The Website may link to websites run by other parties, including government websites. We are not responsible for those websites, and a link does not mean that the other party endorses us or that we are affiliated with it. We recommend that you read the terms and privacy policies of any website you visit.

12. Limit of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss caused by the acts, omissions or content of third parties, including hotels, transport providers and other suppliers, for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control, for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit. We are not responsible for the decisions of any government authority, or for the time those authorities take to decide. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount you paid us for that booking. Nothing in this Agreement limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

13. Personal data

We use the personal data you give us to handle your booking, to contact you about it, to meet our legal and record-keeping duties, and to improve our services. We share it only with suppliers and payment providers who need it to deliver your booking, and with authorities where the law requires. We do not sell personal data. If you use the Website from another country, your data may be transferred across international borders so that we can provide the services.

14. Indemnity

You agree to compensate us, our staff and our suppliers for any claim, loss or cost arising from your use of the Website or our services, your breach of this Agreement, or your infringement of the rights of any third party. This obligation continues after this Agreement ends.

15. Our additional rights

We may refuse, suspend or change a booking or service where this is needed to prevent fraud, to comply with the law, or to correct a mistake on our part. We may end our services immediately if we reasonably believe that you are harassing or threatening us or our staff.

16. General

This Agreement binds anyone who takes over the business or responsibilities of either you or us. No one other than you and us has any rights under it, except a person who takes over as just described. We do not guarantee that our services or the content of the Website are suitable or available in every country, and you are responsible for following the laws that apply to you. Headings are for convenience only. If any part of this Agreement cannot be enforced, the rest of it still applies.

17. Governing law and disputes

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates applicable there. The courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from this Agreement, unless the law requires otherwise.
